The Seed That Endures

I realized a long time ago that this reality of ours is changing and collapsing. The first time I felt that something was wrong with the world was way back in my childhood. There was a major earthquake, and we all had to flee outside. I remember it as if it were yesterday; my mother was putting pants on me that I didn't like. I absolutely hated them. Now, as I am gently stepping into my fiftieth year, I remember that event as if it happened yesterday. I couldn't have been more than five years old. My brother was two. Who knows why I remember this. Perhaps because for a long time after that, whenever I was home alone, I would gather clothes and pack them into bags just in case we had to run somewhere...

I used to think we should build some kind of shelter in the hills. That seemed completely reasonable to me back then. Sometimes, when I recall that event and slowly sum up my life, I realize that this is actually how I live. My whole life. In fear of something bad. Lacking everything. Everything that is called life. Fear truly creates reality.

And yet, the desire to live, to love, transcends both this reality of ours and time itself. I come to the logical conclusion that Life will continue anyway, whether here or somewhere else. To God, a thousand years is like a single day that has passed. There is no doubt that this is a test from God to see which and what kind of human seed will endure. Other dimensions exist. I don't know about heaven, but something else exists. For us "little people," this means acceptance. For those "big ones" who create reality through money, it is self-interest. Well, the people dear to God will see both worlds on a single palm. For me, the planet is not round, but layered and multidimensional. May God help us all.
